Central Molitor hotel
Part of the Golden Tulip Group, the Central Molitor Hotel is a traditional corner property with a stately façade. It houses 36 guestrooms decorated in a tasteful, understated style. Some of the rooms have extra beds and can have cots added as well. All smoking and non-smoking rooms have en suite facilities and are equipped with hair-dryer, personal safe, mini bar, electronic locks, smoke detectors, tea/coffee making facilities, LCD flat screen TVs, satellite channels, movies on demand, radio, telephone, WIFI and RJ45 wall sockets for cable Internet. Another unusual feature is the in-house television program, which keeps guests up to date with the latest information about the hotel and the restaurant. The latter allows guests to choose from various menus, including the traditional “à la carte,” which features both international and local cuisine. It also boasts a canopied terrace overlooking one of the main city avenues.

Five minutes walk from the city centre. Very friendly and helpful staff, room better than expected (the pictures on the hotel website do not do the hotel justice!). Food very good (restaurant in hotel open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday but plently of other fantastic restaurants very close by. No bar in hotel, but you can order a drink at reception and they will bring it to you in the lounge which is very pleasant.
Top Tip
Lots of museums and churches to see. A tourist train trip around the city costs 8 Euros, there is a bus and tram museum about twenty minutes walk away... lots to do and see.

Well situated - a short walk to both the station and the city centre/old town, and on the bus route from the airport. Very friendly staff, clean rooms, and a good buffet breakfast. Would stay there again without hesitation.
